A maintenance contract with ARC assures your IT systems will be proactively monitored and kept in the best health possible.
Inevitably systems do fail so an ARC maintenance agreement assures you that your systems will be operational within your SLA (service level agreement). Our service agreements are personalised to suit your business model with SLA's ranging from 24/7/365 cover for businesses with critical equipment to standard on-site 8 hr response/16 hour fix. We offer varying response times depending on how critical your cover needs to be and in the event of a system failure we will provide loan equipment to enable you to continue to work. Unlimited support is available by remote access, over the phone, on-site, live chat or email.
Our certified team diagnoses and resolves over 95% of client problems remotely and within the first hour of your call being reported to us.
