Arc Systems are IT Support Specialists founded in 1992 by Managing Director, James Clayden. By the late 90’s the world of servers, PCs, networking, internet and email were taking off which paved the way to the IT Support services we know today.
Through organic growth the company has grown year on year and in 2008 we joined forces with our sister ISP, ChunkyChips, and purchased our 10,000 sq ft headquartered premises in Basildon’s Carnival Business Park, Essex. ChunkyChips installed a datacentre hall to expand its core hosting services whilst Arc Systems became a tenant in 2011. From that time onwards, we have continued to expand our private & hybrid cloud and expertise to provide services to manage, transform and secure the IT environments of businesses across the UK. Our cloud platform is privately owned and wholly managed by Arc Systems, hosted across ISO 27001 certified Tier 3 UK data centres.
Today, as leading IT Support Specialists and Managed Service Providers (MSP) in and around Essex, London and the South East, our breadth of services from Private & Azure Cloud, IT Support, Infrastructure, Connectivity, Data Protection and Security we deliver our customers the best technology partnership possible.
