Arc Systems appoint new Service Director

IT Support company Arc Systems have further enhanced the support they give to their customers following the appointment of a new Service Director.

Lee Harding, who has been with the company since 2011, will oversee the entire service department to ensure Arc continue to manage client expectations as well as assisting and promoting development for engineers.

Harding began his career with the Basildon-based company as a field engineer, but has progressed through the ranks and his superior understanding of Arc’s customers, combined with an excellent understanding of our services, means he will ensure our high standards of customer satisfaction is maintained.

Speaking about the appointment, Operations Director, Matthew Westney said: Lee has always played a pivotal role at Arc Systems and this appointment further enhances our commitment as a company in providing opportunities to people who excel in what they do.

“For our customers, this appointment will also provide a greater sense of customer care as we aim to provide better services and solutions to our clients.”

Further developments are likely to be made in the coming months with a restructure to the Arc Systems helpdesk and escalation paths for its engineers.
