Our Data Centre offers fully redundant systems and security, hands-on access for our own engineers and dual connectivity to our Secondary Data Suite in London enabling us to store your data securely in multiple locations.

As your provider, we have full control over who accesses the Data Centre and as our client, you are able to visit and understand how and where your data is stored – the cloud doesn’t get to be more tangible than this!

Our Managed Business Backup solution ensures your systems are backed up on-site and off-site, providing the ability to recover your data quickly whether it be files or folders or an entire system recovery.

Arc’s managed backup works by providing a backup device (DR box) on-site at the premise where your IT systems reside. Software is then installed onto your servers and an entire image backup of the system is created and stored on the box on-site.

We do not define specific files and folders to be backed up, but ensure the entire system is covered as this is critical to the recovery of your system.

Backups are encrypted with AES-256 encryption and password protected, they are then sent off-site to our datacentre and held securely as a secondary backup.

Backup retention can be configured from 7 – 365+ days, allowing you to recover files, folders or entire systems as far back as your business needs.

The service also includes access to loan hardware or cloud resource to recover your systems and ensure the business is up and running as quickly as possible.
