Sophos honour Arc Systems with global industry award
Arc Systems have been honoured for its continued support of security software and hardware company Sophos, by claiming one of their four global awards at the 2018 Sophos Discover Partner Conference in London.
The Basildon-based company picked up top honours in the 2018 MSP (Manage Service Provider) Connect Excellence category and won the award for continued outstanding performance and commitment to selling Sophos.
The annual conference celebrates the success of Sophos partners throughout the UK and Ireland and delivers the company’s strategies and innovations that will help partners take advantage of opportunities within the fast-moving IT security marketplace.
Speaking on the award, Steve Atkins, Group Sales Director at Arc Systems, said: “We first engaged with Sophos in 2015, recognizing that their security solutions would help us to secure and protect our clients networks, data and ultimately their businesses from cyber threats.
“Since then, the whole team at Arc, from Consultancy to Engineering to Finance & Customer Services, have worked tirelessly to deliver. This has ensured that our clients have benefited from our expertise, backed by the industry leaders in cyber security, and it’s great to have our efforts recognised with this award.”

At the conference, members of the Sophos executive leadership team delivered keynote sessions on Sophos strategy, its partner commitments and the broader future of the IT security industry in front of more than 250 attendees at the Sophos sales and partner event.
Partners also attended a packed agenda of breakout sessions delivered by key business, product, technical and sales experts.
