Brighter Opportunities for Special People (BOSP) is a not-for-profit charity based in Basildon, Essex. BOSP improves the lives of children and young adults with complex disabilities or life limiting conditions whilst providing support for their families.
Founded in 1991, BOSP delivers fully staffed off-site sessions that give families essential respite and was later honoured with the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in recognition of their long-standing impact on the community.
The challenge
BOSP recognised their IT setup was struggling to keep pace. As an independent charity reliant on charitable trusts, personal donors and community fundraisers, maintaining reliable systems has become both challenging and critically important.

The results
Since implementing these changes, system reliability has improved, providing consistent access to essential tools.
