With over 600 employees and skilled engineers across the UK, a London HQ and offices in seven different regions, Jackson maintains and repairs lifts, escalators and cradles of all types and manufacture, installing and modernising lifts, escalators and mobility access equipment in both new builds and existing properties.

The challenge
