CFO

Jason spent 20 years at PwC primarily as a Deals Director helping clients with M&A before holding senior finance roles at PE-backed businesses in the Classic Car and Automotive Electrical Engineering sectors.

Geoff Wing

CRO

Geoff has over 24 years of experience in sales and account management across IT services, SaaS and network infrastructure, having previously held roles at Computacenter, Salesforce and BT.

Mark Darrah

CTO

Formerly the director of NITC, who joined the Arc group in 2024, Mark has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years. Now Chief Technology Officer for Arc, his focus is on enhancing our customers’ business strategies through technology.

Matthew Westney

COO

Matthew joined in 2007 as a senior engineer. With his Cisco accreditations, depth of systems and networking knowledge, Matt was quickly promoted to Operations Director. Now COO, he oversees the day‐to‐day operations of our business.

Steve Holloway

Director M&A

Steve started his career with Arc in sales, initially being tasked with creating new business opportunities which proved crucial to the early growth of the company. As a member of the board, Steve now focuses on Arc’s acquisition growth strategy.

Ben Gower

Director

Beginning his career with roles at Atos and Xerox, Ben founded Perspicuity 23 years ago. Now Director, Ben’s focus is on making work better for customers, partners and colleagues.

Ruby Kitt

Head of HR

Ruby has 8 years of HR experience. Having initially started as an apprentice, she’s now CIPD Level 5 qualified with strong employment law knowledge having worked at brands across media, healthcare, and tech industries.

Dan Bryant

Cloud Practice Lead

Dan has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years. Having started out as an service desk engineer, he is now our Cloud Practice Lead, with a focus on enhancing our customers’ cloud strategies to support business outcomes.

Craig Faiers

Sales Director

Craig joined Arc as a Workshop Junior Apprentice back in 2003. Since then, Craig has had various technical roles in support, projects, installations before moving to a sales role in 2013.

With 18 years’ experience in the IT industry, Elly is an expert in building and nurturing client relationships. Passionate about optimising client solutions and service, Elly leads our strategic account team.

Anthony Marsh

Financial Controller

Starting his career as an apprentice at Olympus Cameras, Anthony has spent 30 years as a finance professional. Over his career, he’s supported businesses across a diverse range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, retail, construction, and e-commerce.

Anna Murphy

Head of Marketing

With over 16 years of marketing and communications experience, Anna started out as a journalist working on national magazines and newspapers, before holding marketing roles within the tech sector and marketing agencies.

Richard Horsnell

Network Manager

Richard has worked in the IT industry for 18 years and specialised in Network Infrastructure for most of his career. Covering all aspects from Firewalls, WIFI and WAN/LAN design for both Enterprise and Data Centre.

Danielle Myers

Process & Business Operations Lead

With over 15 years in back-office business operations, including PMO and compliance, Danielle has worked with organisations such as the NHS, AIG, Infinera and NEOM, focusing on efficiencies, project execution and optimising operations across global industries.

Head of Platform & Infrastructure

With over 30 years in IT, Mark specialises in designing, building, and scaling secure, high-performance enterprise systems. Passionate about cloud, networking, and cybersecurity, he helps our clients to optimise operations, enhance resilience, and future-proof their technology.

Cyber & Information Security Manager

Having previously worked at RBS and as an outsourced IT Manager, James joined Arc in 2016. He manages our cyber security team and oversees the security services that we provide to our customers.
