Meet our latest acquisition: Skye Cloud
We’re delighted to announce that Skye Cloud has become a part of the Arc Group.
Skye Cloud is a UK-based organisation with offices in London and Dartford. With a team of 35 specialists, the company supports over 150 customers across the UK, USA and Europe, delivering technology and infrastructure solutions to clients ranging from Premier League football clubs to over 30 charitable organisations.
As a leading MSP in its own right, the addition of Skye Cloud to our group ensures a wider footprint and brings an expansion of capability with not-for-profit organisations.
James Clayden, our CEO, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Skye Cloud to the Arc group. Both organisations share a deep commitment to service excellence and a strong technical foundation, with around 80% of our teams made up of technical experts. Following three acquisitions in just over a year, we’re proud to be refining a model that allows us to integrate and scale successfully. Skye Cloud represents our largest acquisition to date, marking a significant milestone for our business. It’s an exciting time for Arc, and I’m looking forward to what we’ll accomplish together with our new Skye Cloud colleagues.”
We also welcomed Clear Thinking IT in January 2024, Nationwide IT Consultancy (NITC) in October 2024 and Perspicuity in January 2025.
James Bishop, Managing Director at Skye Cloud, said: “Joining Arc marks an exciting new chapter for Skye Cloud. One of the key attractions of Arc is its commitment to providing brilliant service: being able to uphold that same service level that our customers have become used to, was a key driver for us in choosing an acquisition partner. This partnership opens new avenues for scaling our operations and driving investment, allowing us to deliver innovative and value-added services to our customers.”
With Skye Cloud now part of the Arc group, their customers gain access to an enriched suite of Microsoft ecosystem services, including AI-driven tools, advanced collaboration platforms and robust data governance solutions. These enhanced offerings equip businesses to excel in an increasingly competitive, fast-paced digital landscape.
With 175 staff across five UK locations, we support over 1000 businesses nationwide with everything from desktop support to hybrid cloud, data centre hosting and IT strategy, through to public cloud (Azure), SharePoint, Power Apps, AI and Purview.
