Over the past 12 months, we’ve grown rapidly. It might be the penultimate week of the year, but we’re excited to welcome Olivia Langdon and Luke Raisborough to the Arc team. Joining us as Sales Development Representatives, they’re helping us continue to deliver excellence to our expanding client base. 

About the roles

In their new roles, Olivia and Luke will be supporting our sales team by exploring client challenges and opportunities, prospect outreach and early-stage qualification to ensure every new opportunity is engaged effectively. Their contributions will be vital in helping us remain responsive and efficient at every stage of the sales process while strengthening our ability to identify and deliver on new opportunities that meet our clients’ needs. 

About Olivia and Luke

Olivia is a recent graduate from the University of Sussex; with her academic background and a strong background in customer service roles, she excels in quickly gaining an understanding of customer needs. In addition to her professional role, Olivia is a devoted dog lover and a committed runner, currently training for her first half marathon. She is also passionate about travelling and recently spent four months exploring the world, with her favourite activity being paramotoring over the mountains in Laos. 

Luke earned his degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, and is committed to providing attentive support and building positive relationships, ensuring every client receives the guidance and care they deserve. Outside of work, Luke is a fitness enthusiast, football fan and avid traveller. He has spent extended periods exploring the United States, with Nashville becoming a personal favourite, and completing a charity expedition to Namibia, supporting local communities along the way. 

We’re thrilled to have Luke and Olivia on board and look forward to the impact they’ll make as they grow with the Arc team.
