Founded in 1983 and based in Wallington, Surrey, they have a team of more than 150 employees and have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences and wish-list escorted tours all over the world.

The challenge
Newmarket Holidays was seeking a long-term IT partner who could offer more than just support tickets and break-fix solutions.
